Amazon Beauty Box
The brief was to design a Christmas Beauty Box which I was responsible for from start to finish. I proposed 3 designs to the business partner and prepared the selected design for print. I was a POC for the external agency. I also prepared for print the Summer Beauty Box before I was given the Christmas project. I put the creative deck together to present to the business team, created the print ready artwork and ensured this was sent to the print supplier in the correct format and on time. This earned me the trust of the Beauty business team and my peers on the consumables vertical. As a direct result of earning this trust, I was given ownership of the next Amazon Luxury Beauty Box for Christmas 2017. The Christmas Beauty Box received an average review score of 4.5 stars and made 5K sales in DE and 20K in the UK (UK originally planned 10K pieces but increased the volumes due to the success of the Summer Beauty Box (UK 5K DE 3K FR 1K)). In Amazon Customer’s words “5*/5* Fantastic box and the items are actually useful. (…) Nicely presented and would make a lovely gift.”

Summer Beauty Box
My role was to design the artwork in preparation for print (which was a great challenge considering the amount of the leaves that had to match each other on the edges of the box) and to regularly present updates at checkpoint sessions with the business team. I was the principal point of contact for communication with the external print company based in Germany. In addition, I photographed the product using a Canon 6D. 5K boxes were produced for the UK, 3K for DE and 1K for FR.The boxes received an average reviewer rating of 4.5 stars.
